Venue & Transportation Details

Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the Red Rocks Trading Post backyard, located within the Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre grounds. The celebration runs from 5:00 PM to 10:45 PM.

There will be a Red Rocks concert happening that same night (7:00 PM–midnight), so we’ll be sharing some of the park roads and parking with concertgoers. To help make things smooth, please review the following info:

Hotel Shuttle

• We’re providing a shuttle from our hotel block at Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver West/Federal Center:

• Shuttle to the venue: be ready at the hotel pickup by 4:40 PM for departure for the venue

• Return shuttles to the hotel: Depart at 9:45 PM and 10:50 PM

• You’re welcome to use the shuttle even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Extra parking is available next door for non-hotel guests.

Driving & Parking

• For those driving themselves, please park in Lower South Lot 1 (see map below) — it’s about a 5-minute walk to the Trading Post.

• Make sure to enter the park through Entrance 2 (NOT Entrance 1).

• If parking staff ask, let them know you're attending a wedding at the Trading Post (not the concert).

Rideshare Info

• If you're taking Uber or Lyft, let your driver know you're going to the Trading Post for a wedding (not the amphitheater for the concert).

• Concert-goers must use a different pickup location, but wedding guests are not restricted — your driver will need to communicate this to Red Rocks staff in order to pick you up from the Trading Post.
